We’re a small, two-person studio led by Stevie Rodger and Katya Gregory. Our backgrounds span product design, operations, and delivery, which means we care as much about how things run as how they look.
Stevie leads creative direction and sets the overall approach. Katya leads operations, ensuring work is planned, coordinated, and delivered properly. Together, we work across operations, delivery, and experience for service-led businesses where quality, timing, and trust matter.
When specific expertise is needed, we collaborate with a small group of trusted freelancers, while oversight and accountability remain with us.
