We’re a small, two-person studio led by Stevie Rodger and Katya Gregory, trading as Steerer, with backgrounds spanning product design, operations, and delivery. We care as much about how things run as how they look.
Stevie leads creative direction and sets the overall approach. Katya leads operations, ensuring work is planned and delivered properly. When specific expertise is needed, we collaborate with a small group of trusted freelancers, while oversight and accountability remain with us.
